Gleb Kuznetsov is Chief Design Officer at Brain.AI and founder of Milkinside. Since 2000 he has designed operating systems and AI products for phones, computers, cars, watches and mixed-reality glasses, including design languages for Huawei EMUI, Xiaomi HyperOS and OPPO ColorOS. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Long bio · 230 wordsGleb Kuznetsov is a designer and design leader whose work starts from one idea: technology should be a natural extension of your mind. As Chief Design Officer at Brain.AI he leads the design of Natural OS, an AI-driven operating system that reached the public in 2026 on the Natural AI Phone, launched by SoftBank across Japan. He has designed for Brain.AI since 2016.
He is the founder and design leader of Milkinside, a San Francisco design studio whose work spans design languages for Xiaomi HyperOS and OPPO ColorOS, in-car interfaces for Mercedes-Benz and Honda, mixed-reality glasses for VITURE, and apps for Airbus and Scandinavian Airlines. His work has won four Red Dot awards, iF Design Awards including iF Gold, and two Webby Awards.
Before founding Milkinside he spent more than fifteen years on consumer operating systems at Nokia, Palm and Huawei, where he designed the visual language of EMUI 5. He has worked with Apple, Google, OpenAI, Spotify, Samsung and many others. He speaks on trust, judgment and the future of the screen at DDX, Digital Design Days and the IIT Institute of Design, and writes for Wired, Smashing Magazine and The Next Web.
