Generative launcher for an AI phone OS

A generative launcher concept for an AI phone OS, designed by Milkinside in 2026. The phone home screen assembles itself around a conversation, with a greeting, task cards and a message field floating in soft glass over a sculpted portrait wallpaper. The design idea is generative UI that adapts to the user instead of static app icons.
